Ivneet is the Chief Information and Technology Officer of SterlingCheck (Nasdaq: STER), a leading global provider of pre-employment background screening and identity verification services. In her role, she is a member of the company's executive management team and is responsible for the firm's external and internal technology systems, Cybersecurity and infrastructure worldwide. Ivneet leads Technology, Data and Cybersecurity teams supporting Sterling's global products and services including M & A integrations and is the founder and executive sponsor of the company AI’s program.

Ivneet is also a member of the firm's Women's network executive committee and mentorship program.

Prior to Sterling, Ivneet was the first global CTO of Silicon Valley Bank responsible for the bank's global Modernization Strategy, Architecture and product and engineering responsibilities for go-forward Enterprise Platforms. Ivneet has held CIO / CTO roles for Equifax's Australia and NJ Business Unit and multiple other senior leadership roles leading product and technology functions and driving large scale culture, product and technology transformations.

Ivneet is on the Board of Directors for Sustainability.org; an organization committed to driving sustainability via technology leadership. Ivneet has been named among Top 25 CTOs to watch and Top 100 women executives in tech to watch.
