With over 25 years of leadership experience, Ann has held pivotal roles in high-growth companies such as SAP, EY, and Wood, and at pioneering tech firms like Chainlink Labs and cBrain. Her expertise lies at the intersection between IT and sustainability, including strategy and scaling operations, complemented by her advisory role at the EQT Growth Fund. Ann's extensive experience in AI includes significant contributions in both the government and private sectors, and she is deeply committed to the AI for Good movement, chaired by United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres, including the UN Digital Compact. She is part of the UN ITU Working Group on Open-Source Generative Artificial Intelligence for Public Services. 

As the Co-Founder of UN SDG Ambition, in collaboration with the UN Global Compact, Ann has dedicated her life to serving as a trailblazer for the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and continues to support these goals through various UN initiatives such as The Museum of the United Nations - UN Live and numerous non-profit organizations.

Ann's journey with Web 3.0 and AI began in 2017 when she was recognized as one of the top 50 Influential Women in Blockchain by Onalytica. In 2022, she was listed in Mission Impact's Top 100 Women of the Future, which profiled her trajectory from sustainable digital business transformation to applied sci-fi thinking in AI and Web3 for purpose-driven climate and sustainability solutions.
