As VP, Global Head of Sustainability at the software company Celonis, Janina Bauer is responsible for driving the company's sustainability agenda. 

Celonis is building an AI-driven sustainability solution suite for reporting, target setting and emissions reduction, helping companies meet regulatory requirements and increase business value fast. Together with her global team, Janina Bauer works with customers and partners but also manages strategic programmes, including Celonis Science-Based Targets, ESG reporting and employee engagement to embed Celonis’ core value “Earth is our future” into the company’s operations and strategy.

With the Celonis Process Intelligence platform used by global companies to simultaneously improve process efficiency and decarbonise supply chains, Celonis is growing disproportionately while reducing its own environmental footprint and increasing its positive social impact.

Prior to joining Celonis, Ms. Bauer worked in a variety of roles at Siemens Healthineers, Random House Publishing and the United Nations, among others.
